In 2019,the scale growth of real estate brokerage industry continued to slow down. The second-hand housing brokerage business decreased,while first-hand housing brokerage business increased,which made the overall business stable during the year. Besides,the online and offline cooperation was deepened,the first-hand and second-hand linkage was promoted,and the level of informationization was further improved. The scale of real estate appraisal industry continued to grow,the degree of concentration continued to improve,the appraisal service continued to expand,and the application capacity of information technology continued to strengthen. In 2020,affected by COVID-19,it is expected that the scale of real estate brokerage industry will shrink,the level ofinformationization will be progressed,and the first-hand and second-hand linkage will be further deepened. It is also expected that the scale of real estate appraisal industry will reduce,the overall business performance will decline,regulatory policies of the industry will be relaxed,and newly emerging business fields will be expanded.
