In 2022,the total output value of China’s media industry was 2,908.25 billion yuan,down 2.11% year-on-year,and the industry was under pressure to move forward. The profound changes in the external environment bring challenges and opportunities for the development of the media industry. On the one hand,the state implements policy relief and governance,creates a clean industrial development environment,digital technology from concept exploration to practical application,innovation leads industrial development;on the other hand,the media capital market continues to be in the doldrums,the audience’s media habits have changed profoundly,Internet advertising has seen negative growth for the first time. Against this backdrop,media enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency,reduce quantity and improve quality. The media industry continues to accelerate the transformation towards mediumization,digitization,intelligence,and globalization. With policy guidance and technological empowerment,the industry is persevering forward. In 2023,the media industry will usher in a rebound in growth.
