(Abstract)
In recent years,a great deal of works has been done aiming to push forward the judicial reform and as a result some achievements have been made. We maysay that ‘the judicial reform’ has already become a hot topic in the legal field at present. However, generally the judicial reform seems obtaining little interests from the legislative but overwhelmed interests from the academic circles, little interests from the authorities at higher levels but great interests fromthe authorities at lower levels. Although the academic circles are bubbling withnoise, the actual progress of the judicial reform is very slow and limited. Weeven can say that the true judicial reform has not been really started. The reason is that the thoughts for pushing forward the judicial reform is worth being carefully reflected.
