（Abstract）

Britain is the birthplace of common law. Over the last 200 years，along with Britain’s expansion，many countries have been influenced by the British legal system，and thus forming the common law system on a global scale. Britain is a nationthat pays great attention tradition is，its legal system is relatively stable and conservative. However，in accordance with changes in both the internationaland domestic situation，especially in order to meet the requirements for the country’s integration into the EU and economic globalization，Britain has already started to reform its legal system during the last few years，and will continue tostrengthen the reform，this tendency merits our attention.
