《海洋法律、社会与管理》是中国海洋大学法政学院主办的全国性海洋人文社会科学学术理论集刊，2009年出版第一卷，每年出版一卷，并在每年举办的各海洋法学、海洋社会学、海洋管理相关学术年会上发布、宣传。

本刊办刊的宗旨是集中刊载海洋法律、海洋社会、海洋管理、海洋权益、海洋产业等海洋人文社会科学相关研究领域中具有新颖性、原创性、高水平的科研成果，国内外海洋人文社会科学相关研究的发展动态报道，转述、转载、编译国外海洋人文社会科学优秀研究成果。所刊用成果的研究视角可以是多学科和多角度的；作者可以是从事海洋人文社会科学相关研究的专家和学者，也可以是实际从事海洋相关立法、执法、司法、管理等领域工作及研究的专家和学者。

《海洋法律、社会与管理》现由社会科学文献出版社出版。为保证和体现学术水准，《海洋法律、社会与管理》的审稿采用编辑部初审，外审专家匿名评审，学术委员会委员终审的审稿方式。

《海洋法律、社会与管理》编辑部拥有对在《海洋法律、社会与管理》上已刊载作品的版权。作者应保证对其作品拥有著作权并不侵犯其他个人或组织的著作权。译者应保证该译本未侵犯原作者或出版者的任何可能的权利。

来稿须同一语言下未事先在任何纸面和电子媒介上发表。中文以外的其他语言之翻译稿须同时邮寄原文稿部分，并附作者或出版者的翻译书面（包括E-mail）授权许可。

Appendix A Call for Papers

We are the Editorial Office of Ocean Law，Society and Management. We want to call for papers from you，please check this letter. Thank you very much.

Ocean Law，Society and Management （OLSM） is the repertoire of the current academic writings on ocean humanities and social science published once every year since 2009. Focusing on the research of ocean law，ocean society，ocean management，ocean industry and other researches on ocean humanities and social science，the OLSM is designed to gather outstanding achievements from home and abroad as much as possible. Emphasizing the significance of both theoretical exploration and empirical research，the OLSM is supposed to promote the development of Chinese Ocean Law，Ocean Society and Ocean Management science and provide a professional platform for specialists in this area.

The OLSM is hosted by Law & Politics School of Ocean University of China. Papers from all academic colleagues and practical professionals are faithfully respected and welcomed. The agreements for all writers are as follows：

1.We exceedingly welcome English writings. The contributed article should be written in English language or Chinese language，while both with an abstract in English.

2.There are no restrictions on the style，idea，perspective or length of the paper. Hence，academic monographs，reviews，judgement researches and translations are all accepted. We are sorry that papers previously published in any other media are not accepted.

3.Please indicate your name，academic degree，occupation，professional title，field of research and contact information in the paper.

4.Please attach the original paper and literary authority license from the publisher if your paper is a translation from other professionals. Please be noticed that the translator undertakes all the legal responsibilities of the translated paper. The editorial office will not undertake any legal consequence from the acts of the translators.

5.Unless declared，all writers take the responsibilities for your discourse in the paper. The editorial office reserved the discretion to edit the textual detail.

6.The OLSM follows the Two-way Anonymous Paper Reviewing System.

7.Any writers who submit their papers to OLSM are considered to be agreeing with the above agreement. Please send your submission with softcopy attached （sending either by CD or by e-mail）.
