2014年是我国媒体融合“元年”。在这一年,中央正式提出“推动传统媒体与新媒体融合发展”的号召。在此号召之下,各级媒体纷纷开展了“摸着石头过河”的媒体融合探索与实践活动。本次研究跟踪观察了2014—2018年省级媒体集团融合实践的真实图景,从产业链重构、组织变革与管理规制等视角对媒体生产融合、经营融合与管理融合的状况进行了系统的梳理,对传统媒体融合转型的主要成绩与困难做出了深刻的描述。然而,这不仅仅是一部对2014—2018年省级媒体融合实践的考察资料,还提出了一系列值得深思的问题,包括“人”的转变相对滞后于组织的创新与变化,组织文化对组织创新造成阻力以及媒体如何通过业务与技术的融合重新确定其在现代社会治理与传播中的重要生态位,等等。
