《中国品牌战略发展报告》是在陈光亚、杨圣明、张晓山、乌家培、汪同三等多位两院院士和学部委员联署的“关于推进自主创新,打造中国品牌大国,保障国家经济安全的建议”和“关于推进自主创新,打造中国品牌大国,保障国家经济安全的进一步建议”精神的基础上,在中央有关领导重要批示精神的指导下,由品牌中国战略规划院牵头编纂的以品牌战略为研究对象的年度性研究报告,该研究报告具有综合性、战略性、学术性、产业性、政策性的特点。

《中国品牌战略发展报告(2021~2022)》坚持在习近平总书记“三个转变”重要指示精神指导下,以新发展理念为引领,综合数据分析、调查研究、专家研讨等方式方法,全面回顾2020~2021年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发后全球宏观经济发展的趋势和品牌经济运行质量,结合我国从三期叠加向三重压力转变的总体趋势和运行质量分析,认为当前我国品牌经济运行的风险空前复杂,价值定位亟须战略提升,政策环境经历时代变迁,供需场景面临根本改变,中国品牌应该开始思考影响未来走势的根本性因素,在边缘地带中心化、专精特新品牌化、老龄化全周期管理、技术发展的需求侧引领都将成为新的发展机遇。

本书认为在增长速度换档期、结构调整阵痛期和前期刺激政策消化期阶段,品牌对企业的作用是维持老业务,拓展新业务,通过寻找平台和流量,品牌更侧重于营销理解,而在需求收缩、供给冲击、预期转弱的三重压力面前,新老营销手段普遍失灵,品牌对企业的作用成为重新理解用户、增强用户黏性,用新供给增强预期、拓展需求,找新市场、新机会,品牌倾向于战略理解。中国品牌经济发展正在进入一个旧力已弱、新力未强的新阶段,对国企品牌建设的持续关注、对建党百年的经验总结、对新发展格局的机遇把握,以及对碳中和、社会治理和住房租赁等中长期发展趋势的关注,这些对推动品牌经济发展具有丰富的实践意义。

本书对2021年我国品牌经济和品牌生态发展做出了最新的研判,当期中国品牌发展指数为102.43,比上年增长了1.11个百分点,强度值处于适度区间。其中北京、上海、广州、成都、苏州、深圳、杭州、南京、宁波、重庆等100个城市进入中国品牌生态指数(2021)100强城市榜单。
